How to Customize Your Logo Sunglasses
01 — Choose Your Sunglasses
Select styles from our ready-stock collections or discuss a custom design with our team.
LONSY offers 1,000+ ready-to-order sunglasses models in different styles and materials. Choose from acetate, TR90, PC, metal, wood and more. Simply send us the models you are interested in, and our team can also recommend suitable styles based on your target market, price range and brand positioning.
02 — Send Your Logo
Send us your logo artwork, preferred logo position, size and color.
For the best production results, we recommend providing a vector logo file such as AI, EPS or PDF. Please also let us know where you would like the logo to be placed, such as on the temple, lens or front frame. A clear logo file is important for checking the size, details and production method before we start.
03 — Confirm the Logo
We check the artwork, logo size, position and production method with you before production.
Once we receive your sunglasses selection and logo requirements, our team will review the artwork and recommend the most suitable logo technique for the selected material. We can prepare a digital mockup to show how the logo will look on the sunglasses. For certain logo methods, we may also prepare a sample or production proof for your approval before proceeding with the full order.
04 — Start Production
Once the logo and order details are confirmed, we start production and quality inspection before shipment.
After you approve the logo placement, finish, color and other order details, we move forward with production. For ready-stock sunglasses with customized logos, the logo application process usually takes around 10–15 days. Custom sunglasses requiring new production will take longer, and we will confirm the production and delivery schedule with you before the order begins.
Before shipment, our team carries out quality checks to make sure the sunglasses, logo application and overall finish meet the confirmed requirements.
