Lonsy team produce the eyewear frames based on their excellent designs and superior quality. We have the strict quality control team to check all glasses during the whole process of produced and finial packing, perhaps there are some items damage due to the long time transportation or you are unhappy with the design and would like to return the glasses, please contact the customer services first and send your item(s) back to us in accordance with the following Return Policy.
We only accept to return or exchange these conditions:
- Items must be sent back within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, and non-human damaged.
- Items can not be with your own brand logo. Only no logo glasses allow return.
- All returns are refunded via store credit into your shopping account.
- Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after your item(s) are received.
- Lonsy Eyewear does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
- Damage, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.(Note: if such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email email@example.com
- Allow consumers to apply for return within 15 days after signing
- Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns);No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
We cannot refund or resend for these conditions:
1,the goods become broken when using improperly.
2,the goods has laser/print with your own brand without quality issues.
3,free gifts or accessories. We can send you again with your next order after discussion.
4, others that exceed our quality grade requirements.
5, all goods need to be cleared and import duty paid. If you fail to receive the goods in time due to delay in customs clearance, we will not be held responsible.
6, No warranty. Any quality-related problems need to be submitted within 15 days after receiving the goods.
For a refund or resend, you need to do:
1, you have to take the photos or videos of all the broken or damaged products.
2, sometimes we will need you to send the damaged goods back to us, we will offer you the address to delivery the goods, and you need to pay for the shipping cost from your country to the destination first.
3, after checking, we will arrange to resend it or refund.
